chipped glassrushed atmosphere
i encountered an issue with the room service during a dinner it took an unacceptable 50 minutes for the meal to arrive additionally a glass was chipped but not replaced. further concerns arose regarding the breakfast service the staff began clearing food before the stated time creating a rushed atmosphere .

weak water pressureextra parking cost
my stay had some letdowns. the water pressure in the shower it was quite weak, it was hard to get a good rinse. also, the absence of a proper hotel car park it was a nuisance. i had to use the city council car park next door and get the parking validated, but it still cost me extra money. i really dont liked it.

the staff showed really good friendliness (a simple smile goes a long way). the location could not be better for events at the hydro, conveniently across the road. our room included modern bathroom fixtures and a large walk-in shower. the multi-story parking was a short walk, and the discounted price was helpful.
